The kitchen made breakfast and snacks easy. There was private parking in the alley and a very steep set of stairs to climb. The beds were very comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the street for sleeping. Our host offered to put a couple of twin beds in the living room and that worked out great for us. I even was able to do a load of laundry. The location of the property was ideal for this event as it was less than one mile away from the start line. We were able to prepare meals in the house and the noise from the street was minimal. The property was fully stocked with amenities and communication with the property manager was always timely. Our group included five adults and one child and there was plenty of room for us all. There are phone chargers, ear plugs (fairly busy city street), white noise machine, coffee station, very comfortable beds, bedding… I could go on. You can also open the doors with an app. The only drawback was the parking and the back stairs.
