The best perk for this property is the location. We were able to reach any area of Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach in a timely manner. The decor is extremely minimalist. It was nice having a garage. The water pressure is split between great pressure in the guest bedroom to minimal pressure on the master bath side. The owner was very attentive to our request when his towels had been taken. We received a prompt shipment from Amazon. Cleanliness was a slight issue. We were able to work it out and improved that with a short cleaning of our own upon arrival.

This rental was filthy. There was sand and toothpaste on the bathroom floor, food under the couch, a dead bug in cooking oil by the stove, dirty utensils on the kitchen counter, mold all around shower in one bath and a brown tinged shower curtain in the other. I could not reasonably cook in good conscience in the kitchen because of mold around the sink. One tv had no volume option and after 2 30 minute attempts to connect to the other tv, we eventually gave up. I am so disappointed at how much we were charged for this very dirty rental.
