  • Nestled under majestic centuries old Live Oak trees, this newly constructed 2 Bed 1.5 Bath home sits on a large lot with plenty of outdoor space while only 500 feet from a beach access. New for 2022, in-ground fiberglass private pool with plenty of deck area to sunbathe. Just large enough for a couple or small family, The Beach Barn has a full kitchen, eat-in bar seating, stacking washer dryer, and was designed with inspirations from trendy "Barndominiums" and historic Carriage Houses of the South. Located just off Fort Fisher Blvd, you can be close to the beach, Fort Fisher recreation area, Kure Beach Pier, and all that Pleasure Island offers, while enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

This property was great for me, my husband, and our two year old. The property was clean and felt safe. The pool was really nice and it was great that it was fenced separately from the back yard. It was a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed it and would love to visit again!

Beach Getaway

We needed a place to work, swim, and enjoy some sunshine together. The place is a block from the beach and has direct access so no car is required once you get there. The backyard is extremely peaceful and the pool is perfect.

Great property for a couple or small family. The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip. Excellent location and short walk to the beach, short drive to Fort Fisher and the ferry to Southport. The owner is very responsive.

We had a great relaxing stay. The backyard was amazing between the pool, the swings, and the patio area. It was very well thought out and planned for kids to enjoy safely. The house was lovely as well. The owner was helpful and very easy to communicate with. It was a perfect long weekend break!

The place was very clean upon arrival. Our kids loved the pool and swing in the backyard. The neighbors are extremely welcoming. Walk to the beach is short and easy to manage with children. Brock’s communication is great. He answers text messages promptly. Overall 5 star place and we hope to stay there again.

Fun Family Vacation

The property was perfect! We spent the majority of our time at the pool. It was so much fun for both our kids who are five years apart. My daughter even learned to swim with her floatie because of all the ledges and shape of the pool. We had a fire in the fire pit one night which we all loved. The house was very roomy considering it’s size, and the washer dryer were very handy.

Beautiful little paradise!

My husband daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at the Beach Barn. The pictures on the website does not do the property justice. The location is perfect! So close to the beach. The back yard was our favorite place to spend our stay. We loved the pool! Perfect size for 3-4 people. On reviews everyone mentions the big tree in the back yard, that is because it is beautiful! The house is small but perfect for a small family. Comfortable, clean and has all the commodities needed. The neighborhood is upscale, the property is surrounded by beautiful houses. Brock was responsive and a perfect host. We will definitely comeback again. I highly recommend this property.
