We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor patio due to weather, but it looked like a nice area with a fire table, couch, chair, picnic table, and some outdoor games. We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for a large group. A note to anyone looking. The house is a split level so you will be climbing stairs no matter what.
