- Located less than 10 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, and less than 15 minutes from Downtown Wilmington.

- Over 2,400 square feet of living space

-Pool Table, Hot Tub, 3 large Flat Screen TVs (w/cable), Propane Grill, and a large fenced in backyard!

- Pet friendly for friendly pets! Non-refundable pet fee of $75 per trip applies. Limit is 2 dogs; must be fully housebroken. Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price.

- For large groups there is a queen sofa bed and comfortable couches to sleep on in addition to the 4 bedrooms. Sheets, blankets , and pillows are not provided for these additional sleeping areas. Please plan on bringing your own.

Great House

Booked Green Meadow for my sisters 21st birthday weekend!!! House was spacious, very happy with stay & host, they've thought of everything. Hot tub, pool table, & ping pong table were great!! Quiet neighborhood with great backyard. 3 things to bring for your stay: - Cheap full body mirror - Blankets - Additional towels

Perfect for what we needed

We stayed here for 4 days in Feb. First off, Thomas is an awesome communicator and responded super quick to all my questions prior to and during my stay. The house was set up perfectly for my family (me, my wife and two twenty something year old kis) and my two dogs. The dogs loved running in the backyard and it was great as they tired themselves out for the day we we went out. At night we took advantage of the super large great room and had other family over for a few drinks and a ping pong tournament. House as described. Clean. Beds were comfortable. And the house is really close to everything you need. I would definitely book again. Thanks for everything Thomas.
