  • Welcome to your classy, cozy, well-stocked home away from home… in the center of Wilmington just moments from Target, Costco, multiple restaurants, coffee shops and UNCW. You’ll find it easy to explore all areas of town with a short 5 minutes drive to historic downtown Wilmington or 10 minutes to picturesque Wrightsville Beach.

    After exploring, come home to pristinely clean and thoughtfully curated living and eating spaces. Relax with filtered shower water, comfortable bedding and plenty of space to spread out. Chill out on the private back patio or in the sparkling community pool. Fast WiFi, a Smart TV, board games, books, toys and fun window seats make our place friendly for families of all ages.

    You’ll stay in a townhome with oversized bedrooms and ample closet space. Each room has a queen bed, but also a twin mattress that can easily slide out into the room for additional sleeping space. A pack and play and booster seat are available for your tiny ones upon request. Two beach chairs, 6 beach towels and sand toys make it easy to check in and get to the beach quick! Two more beach chairs available upon request.
