Our home is is in the heart of all sorts of restaurants and only minutes from Mayfield. This is a wonderful place to unwind. This 1750 SQ FT home boasts a Downstairs Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have U4 tvs and Living Room has Large screen U4 TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything your heart desires. There is also a charcoal, 40 inch grill for your use. Kitchen table seats 6 and an eat at bar that seats 5\. The back patio area is there for your total enjoyment, equipped with a wall mounted fan for those warmer evenings when you still want to sit outside. This patio area is where the grill is located for your use. The patio table seats 4, and a wicker bench seats 2\. Sea Side Farm House was in the perfect location, halfway between Wrightsville beach and downtown Wilmington. The house was well taken care of and the owners provided all of the necessities and little extras that made you feel very welcomed. Everything was organized, easy to find and CLEAN! The family enjoyed the decor. Some loved the beach setting, while others enjoyed the country touch. Overall, everyone was satisfied and enjoyed themselves. Parking was difficult at times as the lines have faded and we couldn't see them well when it was dark but thats not something that can be resolved by the owners. Checking in and out of the property was simple and the instructions were easy to understand. Loved the gifts and the provided guide to the area. Owners were quick to respond with any questions we had too. Will definitely come back here if we're ever in the area. ##### Fred W. Our stay started with a great welcome that included a bottle of wine, glasses, and coasters. The house was very spacious for four adults and one teenager.
