Our home is is in the heart of all sorts of restaurants and only minutes from Mayfield. This is a wonderful place to unwind. This 1750 SQ FT home boasts a Downstairs Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have U4 tvs and Living Room has Large screen U4 TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything your heart desires. There is also a charcoal, 40 inch grill for your use. Kitchen table seats 6 and an eat at bar that seats 5\. The back patio area is there for your total enjoyment, equipped with a wall mounted fan for those warmer evenings when you still want to sit outside. This patio area is where the grill is located for your use. The patio table seats 4, and a wicker bench seats 2\. This place was perfect for our group of 5 in town for a wedding weekend. Place was exceptionally clean and was just a short 10 minute drive into downtown Wilmington. The owner is responsive and they have paid attention to small details like complimentary water, beer, and wine! Centrally located with easy access to Market Street.
