Conveniently located 5 miles from the Wrightsville Beach.!! Enjoy morning coffee on large deck along a beautiful patio set overlooking your own private Pickelball court. And watch your children playing in fenced in backyard. Great for entertainment!
There are five major grocery stores, plus Costco and Sams Club within 2-3 miles of the home. Large living room with comfy leather seating for 7 adults to enjoy the large screen TV or fire place. The four bedrooms have 2 King beds,1Queen bed and 1Twin. Two full baths on first floor and one full bath on second floor.

Fun at the Pickleball Palace!

Great property! Very clean and had lots of fun playing pickleball. Host was a joy to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this house.

Great spot for a stay in wilmington

The place is very nice and good location for a weekend getaway with friends or family. Pickleball court was a great addition of course as you didn’t have to travel to go play. Plenty of stuff to do around the area as well

This home worked great for our family. We were in town to attend a wedding and to visit old friends. The home was in a nice neighborhood and very convenient to both downtown and surrounding areas of Wilmington. It had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Perfect place! Highly recommend!!

This home was prefect for our family of 6. We all had our own space if needed and perfect space for time together. My mom had the loft part upstairs which was perfect for her to have her own bathroom and space. I would stay here again and again. Nice drive to the beach and to any other areas. And our host was very easy to communicate with which made it even more enjoyable.

Place was just enough for us. We have stayed here before while visiting family. And we we will return again. Host was great and communication was good. Sea Salt and Sugar Sands is the way to go!

We visit Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach every year for a family reunion. I think Sea Salt and Sugar Sands is going to be our first choice from here on out! The house was impeccably clean, decorated beautifully, and the layout is great. Two king beds is a touch that many don't provide but is that "a-ha!!" moment at the end of a busy day. My 13 yo LOVED the little studio (with shower!) up the stairs. He called it his "apartment" and now wants to renovate our home to be exactly like it! The location is great, close to everything we needed, and the owner's communication and hospitality were just top notch from the sanitized bathrooms to the "Welcome Family" chalkboard at the front door. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this house and ease of booking. BRAVO!! We'll be back!

Our family was visiting for Family Weekend at UNCW. The home is centrally located and just a short drive to campus, downtown, or the beach. We had more than enough space for 6 of us and the house was clean upon arrival. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court in the backyard! We had a great weekend!

This was an excellent place to stay 15 min from the airport and pretty close to Wrightsville beaches. Clean and comfortable. The AC did struggle a little bit to keep up with the heat wave but this place was an excellent place to stay!
