The home offers three bedrooms with four beds in total! All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs in addition to the main living area with a 60" flat screen. There is seating on the front porch and a back deck to enjoy the outdoor space. You will find a full kitchen to cook in, and the location is easily walkable to all downtown has to offer! This home is in an ideal location - just a short walk to downtown while still being on a quiet neighborly street. The main living areas are open with a large, comfortable sectional in the living room, a dining table that can seat up to 6, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in total and 2 full bathrooms. You'll be able to enjoy a morning coffee on the front porch or a meal on the back deck. Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Thanks for booking with us! You will have the entire home, along with a relaxing front porch, and nice size deck and yard in the back. There is one locked owner's closet in the middle guest room for our supplies, the rest of the house is yours to enjoy. Guest will have the entire house to themselves. We didn't walk to downtown Wilmington we drove, but it was just a few minutes to drive. We really enjoyed Wrightville beach and the riverwalk which was pretty close to the rental.
