Blocks from many wedding venues, Brooklyn Arts District, Convention Center, Microbreweries, wine bars and Local art galleries. Downstairs is decorated with modern mid century upscale furnishings. My fav: Imported Teak root dining table. Relax on front porch and feel at home! Each bedroom has a super comfy queen. Air mattresses and cots also available if you need. 24/7 access to myself and my assistant. We do things the right way! Full kitchen stocked with pots pans and utensils. Drip coffee machine and Keurig stocked with tons of pods. He makes everything, from check in to check out, easy. And the price is reasonable. If you are in need of a place to stay in Wilmington, his cannot be beat. Do a lot of shopping a little eating, and a lot of walking. This location made it easy to get to the waterfront with shops and restaurants. Home was lovely. We loved the beautifully appointed apartment. It was very clean and easy to utilize. They thought of everything! The owner was super easy to talk to and very polite/helpful.
