The location was perfect for dining and shopping. We were able to walk to all locations as parking is at a minimum. It does get a bit loud at night with the busy nightlife in the downtown area. The street noise was a little noisy but in the back of property was quiet. Our host was always available for any questions we had. Location is very convenient to downtown stores, restaurants and bars. Parking is on the street or in the high rise parking just next to the property. Communication with David was very easy. Checkin and check out were so simple. We wanted a place Downtown where we could park the car and be able to walk to all of our favorite shops, bars, and restaurants. This was a perfect location for all of that. Very safe. Wrightsville Beach was wonderful, very hot, and an easy drive from 105 Market. The condo was perfect - all amenities were great, the shower and bathroom were top notch, and David the host was easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful.
