About this property

Coquina – Unwind and enjoy this quiet ocean view “Oasis” close to the beach

  • Coquina boasts hardwoods, granite, fireplace stainless appliances, and 5 balconies. Four of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. There is Jack and Jill bath that is shared by two of the bedrooms. Two balconies can be accessed from the main living area and three of the bedrooms have their own private balcony.

    This is one of the end units in the triplex so the extra windows make for lots of natural light and great ocean views.

    The property address is on S. Fort Fisher, but it is uniquely situated facing E street. This provides for a quiet oasis. The beach access is directly across the street.
