Many guests have described our neighborhood as where “Gilmore Girls” meets “The Andy Griffith Show” – a friendly, walkable community with a delightful mix of classic homes.

(Fun fact: The home two doors down was featured as Lucas Scott’s house in the hit TV show One Tree Hill! A little piece of Wilmington’s Hollywood history.)
