Stay with us and you'll enjoy: Easy self check-in & generous check-in (12 pm) & check-out (2pm). FREE parking on property for 2 cars & a Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station. Sleep in comfort on our King and Queen USA made hybrid mattresses with lux linens, blankets & quilts. We also provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap. Washer/Dryer, hair dryer, curling iron, iron & ironing board. We offer a fully equipped kitchen for preparing family meals and installed a REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) water filtration system for chemical free drinking water & ice. The house was in an great location with walking access to the river front, multiple breweries and restaurants. We were able to park the cars and walk everywhere we wanted to go. The house had all of the amenities needed for the weekend. The owner provided details on everything including locating the parking which was down an alley. She was responsive to questions and checked in occasionally just to make sure everything we needed was there. The location is right in the middle of downtown within walking distance of everything. You could walk past it and not even notice, so it feels like it’s a secret spot. We were in Wilmington for Thanksgiving with family and I cooked a couple of sides to bring to our dinner as the kitchen is complete with everything I needed. Our host Jo Ann communicates all the way through the reservation process, upon check in and after. The only thing I would say is you might hear bit of noise coming from some of the bars on a given weekend night that could keep you up late but that is what is expected when renting a house downtown! ##### kelly s.
