"Nice large hotel with many rooms. Convenient and local restaurants close by. Staff was very helpful with assisting me with my things to my room, as I’m disabled & traveling solo. Very quiet and they have a good hot breakfast each day."

"The bed was old and had dents in it. There was a dog barking for an hour and a half. Walls are so thin you can her the people next door sneeze"

"Check in was good. Had to change rooms at 5 am due to no hot water in shower. They should have been aware if room was properly cleaned. Also the shade was broken and lying on the floor. New room the coffe maker wasn’t working. Nobody available to get us a new one. We were offered use of the coffee bar, it only served Espressos and Latte’s. We do not drink those. Had to wait 2 hours for coffee to be available in the lobby. The only ability the staff has to solve issues is to switch your room which in very inconvenient. The gym was great."

"Expedia not mention about parking, it is cost $42 / night horrible charged . I m not comeback again and surely not recommend to my friends."

"A minor issue, but we found it a bit challenging to get to and from our room and the office in an efficient manner. The pathways to/from the outer rooms and buildings are not clearly signed to direct a first-time visitor!"
