"Such a great stay! I would highly recommend to anyone. Super clean, delicious breakfast, and great amenities - hot tub is awesome with the view. The location is in a peaceful area, just a short drive into town. We even saw a moose from the porch. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed like coffee, robes, hot chocolate, etc. The cabin and lodge is also decorated very nice and fits the Alaskan vibe. Dawn, the owner, is so detailed, thoughtful, and helpful. She is a delight to talk to as well! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Stay: Late-May, 2026 This place was fantastic! Perfect for what we were doing--a quick one-night stay in Talkeetna, and then on to Denali NP. This little cottage is every bit as quaint and charming as shown in the Expedia listing. The place is about 2.5 hours to Denali, so it's a great mid-stopping place to take in a great area. It's clean, well-appointed, aesthetically pleasing, and yet very utilitarian. If you're a couple just looking to "chill" for two or three days before you hit Denali NP hard--do it here. You won't be sorry. Take a nap, do some reading, binge a favorite show, take an incredibly beautiful hike, walk or stroll, rent a bike, work on your photography skills, whatever. Then head into town for breakfast, lunch or dinner and take in some great Alaskan culture. I'd do this place again without hesitation."
