River Hacienda #1 - Private 2 Story Home with Missouri River View

We are located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Williston at the end of the road in a peaceful country setting overlooking the Missouri River. The rental is a two-story home with a private entrance, wrap around covered porch and view of river. The outdoor yard has a park like setting, lots of room for relaxing, wildlife viewing, and close proximity to fishing and hunting in the area. Located minutes away from the Lewis and Clark Bridge and boat launch. We have parking for boats and trailers.
The rental is a two-story home located above a private daylight basement apartment that is also a rental. The home consists of a main living room, large screen tv, dining room, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer, infra red indoor sauna, and massage chair all on the first floor (no restroom on 1st floor). There are stairs leading up to second floor with bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, no tub) and two private rooms with double beds and tv's. No pets live on site, we are pet friendly and may allow well behaved dogs with additional pet cleaning fees, and prior approval. The owner lives on site and there are security cameras located in the exterior of the property for security .

Very comfortable with fantastic view

The house had everything we needed and the view was breathtaking. Super quiet location with lots of room for the dogs to run and explore . Meeting the host and hearing about life was just an added bonus!!

THE HOST IS HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible experience so I’ll just kist the items so I don’t get upset and start rambling. #1- host kept pushing check in, finally she let us come at 7pm and she was still cleaning. #2- no trash cans. Host says leave trash in front of door and she’ll grab it. #3- cannot control heat or AC. One day it got up to 94 in the house. She claims she accidentally hit it on her phone. #4- she stays on the property, actually in the house “office has a separate door”. This was never disclosed on the property description. #5- On the last night she asked us to move to the downstairs apartment because she had someone coming in. We packed up and left we were so mad. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

A Relaxing over view of the River

It was a relaxing place to be.A quiet time to sit on the deck watching the river and the trains going by.We really enjoyed the message chair, that helped our sore muscles a lot. It was Great. The chickens and birds decorations on the deck was so cute, I have them in my yard too.. Thank You it was a fun couple days

Great home

This home is great and the location is gorgeous - just above the Missouri River. There is an amazing massage chair that you may never want to get out of. Communication with the host is strange - perhaps it’s‘Google voice’ or whatever- this home is funky and wonderful

Priceless View

The house was well stocked, comfortable, clean, the sauna fun, and there was a wonderful view of the Missouri River from the deck, living room, and bedroom. Many interesting historical sites in the area as well as good hiking in Theodore Roosevelt Natural Park.
