The hotel room and shared spaces were clean and well maintained. The gentleman who checked us in was polite, friendly and professional. He mentioned the room that we were assigned to was on the first floor near the lobby, and he asked us if we would prefer a room on another floor. We truly appreciated that thoughtfulness on his part.
