"Sophie's house was fantastic. It was comfortable, located on a historic street, in the best historic part of Philadelphia. It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!"

Her beautifully renovated, decorated and clean home is a quick drive to the ballpark and a convenient walk to Independence Hall and other historical sites. "We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10"

"The home was just as described. Beautiful upcoming community near a lot of places to have a good time and enjoy some amazing food. We truly enjoyed our stay. There is a small boardwalk by the back of the buildings which is a nice touch. Having the garage was great cause the streets hardly have availability for cars. Qi home was a pleasure to stay in. "My friends and I rented this property during Wrestlemania 40 Weekend. It was perfectly located, not too close to be affected by traffic and noise, but close enough and centrally located to all surrounding activities. With Five adults, everyone had plenty of space, and privacy. An EXCELLENT property, managed very well."

"The apartment itself is great. I have stayed with Sonder for multiple times and they are always well-known for cleanness and tidiness. But this place is really really really loud at night because it's in the center city and surrounded by bars/restaurants. It's always loud till 1-2 am midnight during weekdays. Luckily, weekends are quiet. So stay away if you have to stay there during weekdays for a long time. "
