This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom met our needs but it would have been nice to have another half or full bath. The living room and kitchen had plenty of space and the table was nice to play games on. We commend the follow places to eat: Mexican restaurant next to Ark, Edwardo Pizza, Cattleman’s Roadhouse and The Bean. The host of the house was very responsive and helpful. This home is about 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter and was perfect for that. We only stayed 2 nights and weren't at the home much, but it was nice to have that added space for each kid to have their own room. The only downfall for us is we wished there was a tv in the bedrooms. When there is a wide age gap in the kids and then us adults, we all wanted to just have a bit to lay in bed and unwind watching tv for a few minutes after a long day. ##### Kristi K. Multiple spiders inside the property. Those were the only negatives. Positives, location for the Ark Encounter could not be better, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed. Privacy was excellent and the kids (teens) loved the fireflies. The dehumidifier was very nice to have. UNO was fun, a few more games might be nice, but that could be hard to do.
