**Newly remodeled!! Sleeps 16 guests (8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms). Large kitchen and dining area for entertaining! Holland Farms is located in the rolling hills of Williamstown, KY which is nestled in the Golden Triangle. We are located just minutes from downtown Cincinnati, OH, Lexington, KY and a convenient drive from Louisville, KY. We are 7 mins from The Ark Encounter and 35 mins from The Creation Museum. We think you will love our home here at Holland Farms. It has 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath. Lots of room and privacy for family and friends! We have beautiful views of Holland Farms from all windows! There is a swimming pool for the summer months. You will find many tourist attractions close by to explore when you stay with us. Great place to unwind with family and friends and maybe even "unplug" during your stay.

When you walk into Holland farms, you are brought into an entryway leading you to the spacious, open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Down the right hallway are bedrooms & bathrooms 5-8, as well as laundry facilities stocked with basics for the guests. Down the left hallway leads you to bedrooms and bathrooms 1-4. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Bedrooms 1-5 and 7 have private, attached bathrooms. Bedroom 6 has an attached bathroom that also has a hallway access which is used by bedroom 8. Starter supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided in each full bathroom.

Holland Farms is perfect for large groups wanting to get away from the busyness of life and relax on the farm. You may catch a glimpse of the beautiful equine and livestock that roam the property during your stay. Enjoy the pool during the months of May through October as well as the beautiful patio, assessable from the living and dining rooms.

We loved this place! The views were stunning, and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Everything was nearly perfect. The only downside—and a surprising one—was the lack of a freezer or ice maker. For such a beautifully remodeled property, it was an odd omission.

I loved the layout of the house! It was nice to have two bedrooms off by themselves, so my kids didn’t wake everyone else up. The pool was amazing! Everyone that came with us loved it. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

My Mom and Dad, along with all of my siblings and their spouses, stayed for 5 nights. The many bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. We loved the deck on the back with the gorgeous scenery. We saw deer and turkey each day we were there. I would certainly recommend this property

Annual Family Get-Together

A Dozoen family members get together to spend quality time just playing games and eating family meals together! Having the large Pool on the property was definitely an added bonus that we took full advantage of every day of our stay! There were plenty of beds and baths for all in the house as well!

The location was beautiful and quiet. The house was clean, good furniture to accommodate seating for large groups, and not too cluttered. All the bedrooms were of great size and plenty of bathrooms. Beautiful Sprawling Ranch - Remodeled

We've stayed in this property before, but the renovation just blew us away. The kitchen and dining room are just gorgeous and the four bedroom suites and beautiful. This helped our group since there were plenty of places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. The huge fridge was incredible. The location is wonderful. The property manager always answers promptly. The only thing missing was a freezer.

Weekend Getaway

We had four couples for a weekend getaway. This year was our third year for staying at Holland Farms. The property is ideal for our size group with plenty of bedrooms and neat common areas. The pool is the biggest attraction for our group and it is where we spend the most time. We have already booked Holland Farms again for our weekend getaway next summer.

Lots of space for family members. Private bathrooms was a plus! Proximity to Ark Encounter was perfect ...short drive home after a long day with kids. Pool with a view was enjoyed by all. 2nd refrigerator would have been a benefit.
