You will love this cozy 1 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 2, please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor & you must use stairs to access it. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

Our stay was primarily to visit The Ark and the location of this unit is perfect for that. Also, plenty of places to eat in nearby Dry Ridge KY. The only suggestion would be to add a comfortable chair in the TV/living room area.

Comfortable and spacious for our purposes

The property was just what we needed for our time in Williamstown. It is located right in the middle of the small town and we enjoyed a short walk to a great restaurant (Hansie Flip Burgers) for dinner. It was also very close to the Ark Encounter. What we found when we got there matched what we saw in the pictures.

Ark visit

Room was very clean and location of town was close but nothing open. Walking into the corner of bed frame not so fun but manageable. A little noisy for us but still a way better value than any hotel or motel. Definitely a good bargain.

It was a great stay. We had a difficult time learning the Samsung TV programing. Otherwise everything else was good. Don't plan on doing any major cooking, just basic cookware available.

Ark encounter

We were here to see the ark encounter and the creation museum. We wanted to stay in a place that had room to stretch out because hotels don’t give you that. It was clean and affordable. Right downtown, so you could walk to stores if we wanted. It was cold so we didn’t do that. It was around the holidays so the Christmas lights were out all around. The lights at the ark was beautiful. We would stay here again!

Weekend get away

We just stayed 2 nights during our visit to the Ark Encounter. This unit worked well for us. It would be helpful to have a note for guests to explain where the grocery store is! It’s not on GPS and we couldn’t find a website but we didn’t give up! Finally found it on the opposite edge of town. Back to the apartment..,bed was comfortable, rooms are spacious and it was quiet. We would definitely return if we are back in the area.
