They made adding a day a nightmare and acted like they didn’t understand that we were just trying to extend our stay. They also own hotels.com so I won’t go through them either. "

"The "tents" are great! Everything was clean and comfortable. Somethings weren't stocked in the room - like coffee cups, but otherwise it was perfect. It's a fun place to stay and super convenient to the Ark Encounter. "

"The room was very clean, coffee & continental breakfast each morning was very nice & convenient. It is an older Inn. When you First pull in there is an old restaurant & store, you do question if it is a safe place, It is directly across from the Ark Encounter. The staff was courteous, rooms appeared to be updated, bed slept very well. The parking lot & rooms were full each night, so that tells you alot if people stay there. "
