  • I invite you to explore our renovated 140 year old home that was built by my ancestors qualifying it as a Century Farm designation in South Carolina . Located only 1.2 miles from I-85/Hwy. 81 interchange, we are only 17 miles from Clemson, 21 miles from Downtown Greenville, and 8 miles from the city of Anderson. Situated on an active beef cattle operation, it is not uncommon to view grazing cattle in all directions surrounding the 2 acre landscaped yard. Whether its enjoying your favorite beverage on the front porch, playing horseshoes/corn hole under the ancient oak trees, or taking a relaxing walk down our family-named country road, you will find our property to be a relaxing escape from a busy world.
