Really really excellent staff in all areas. All kind and helpful. The restaurant/bar on site is definitely worth checking out- great pecan pie and breakfast is well worth it!
Good location of hotel for us, there for a show at the Fox Theatre which was about a 10 minute Lyft/Uber ride.
Did have cold water in the shower the first night but I didn't call to notify front desk. Also had very noisy neighbors (and also our fault for not calling about that), there isn't too much sound insulation between the rooms but overall not much hallway noise or street noise

Highly recommend! The hotel is spotless. We had no issues at all. The room was so clean and the customer service from the staff was amazing. The food and drinks are also really good!
