There must be an error in the listing, because, for the beds, the listing shows there are 1 queen bed and 4 sofa beds. Unfortunately, we found that there were only 2 sofa beds... so my 12 year old son and 11 year old daughter had to share a bed -- not cool. Also, when we entered the cottage, the first thing we smelled was pet urine. The rug at the entrance of the front door reaked. Probably from a previous guest not letting their dog out in time. Nonetheless, we don't have pets and this was very gross to us. I stored the rug in the closet until we left the next day. Other than that, the cottage was nice. Everyone was really friendly, the workers at Anvil and the other visitors. The general store is stocked with everything from milk and eggs to firewood and tools. They also have free earplugs, if you’re a light sleeper when the train goes by. The Blacksmith cottage was great and it was nice to be so close to stores, so we did some grocery shopping and cooked most of our meals in the cottage. Williamsburg was just a few minutes drive away and there is also a bus that stops right at the campground. We really enjoyed our stay :) ##### Casey K. There are playgrounds throughout the facility for the kids and areas for dogs as well. The cottage itself is much larger than a hotel room and works well for families.
