Just what the doctor ordered for these exhausted grandparents! Plenty to do within walking distance. Condo was excellent, although sleeping 6 (as advertised) would be a stretch. Would accommodate 4 quite nicely. Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg a short drive away! ##### Carl Eugene M. We checked out a car show at the resort, played some golf, went down to the marina and beach. Kids fished and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Was here for golf and will return here for next year’s tournament! Condo was very clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed and close to grocery store. I recommend to everyone. The sofa & the king bed were very uncomfortable. Please put a 3” mattress topper on the bed & invest in a new sofa (as these are the 2 most used items). The place was very clean. The kitchen was updated but lighting was low. We brought our e bikes & enjoyed their great paved trails. The little beach is just down the street where you can rent kayaks. We loved staying in the condo! The kitchen was fully stocked which allowed us to eat in on several occasions. Golf trips get expensive on the Junior Circuit so it was great to cook a couple healthy meals, pack lunches for the course, and make breakfast! Even had a crock pot. It was cozy and walking distance to everything allowed to guest. The owners were accommodating and very good at communication. Condo was clean on arrival. Bed was cozy and they had a fan!!! I would give a 100 stars for that alone because I sleep with a fan for white noise! Good feature. They have games for kids. Overall, we enjoyed it. ##### Michelle g. Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2023 ---
