Brand new construction with a great location. The unit was nice and large with big rooms and all new fixtures. My only complaint is the way checkout was done. Checkout is 10 am. We were walking out the door at 10:15\. At 10:30 I received a text stating we needed to vacate then property ASAP because the cleaning crew was waiting outside. Then I got a text saying I was being charged $25 late fee! There was no cleaning crew waiting and I refused to pay the late fee.
