"rooms exceptionally quiet. nice makep mirror! breakfast had many hot items every day. coffee freshly ground every cup. near to many sites and restaurants. Staff very helpful and pleasant"

"It was missing many items to make it feel like the comforts of home. We really missed having a working ice maker. There was one in the freezer but it did not make ice. The glassware and coffee cups were very small. No throw blankets. Temperature was too warm or too cool- thermostat hard to control."

"The outside of the building looks good. But inside the room was outdated. It worked fine for the night. Regular old fashioned double beds. The pool was closed before we returned from our Historical Ghost Walk tour. Light continental breakfast. Staff was friendly"

"The pool area is great. Good for all ages. Take a block or 2 for your chargers. I was surprised that there were not even USB-C ports available (usually they’re at least at the base of a lamp or something). We returned at 10pm Saturday night and every parking spot was filled (and we were at the very end of a long cul-de-sac). Many of the cars did not have parking passes. My wish is that they had a better handle on that situation. At least one reserved spot for each unit seems like a no-brainer. The place was adorable. A perfect setup for real 2-bedroom apartment."

"Everything was fine. The property could use some TLC. The tub had some peeled coating areas, and cracked tiles in the surround. Breakfast was fine, nothing amazing, but plenty of the basics and kept clean and restocked. I only had contact with one staff member, a room attendant. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Parking was plentiful. The hotel seemed busy but I was never bother by loud noises or raucous behavior. The property is within walking distance of several good restaurants and centrally located to the attractions."

"We enjoyed the property. We choice the room on expedia website expecting one of the larger room apartment style rooms but we ended up with a smaller hotel room. You have to pay an extra fee if you want a 1 bedroom room. Wasn't fully clear based on pictures. We could hear the other guest at night. Visited the eagle restaurant. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The light fixtures outdide above the tables has lots of spider web's. Need to be cleaned. The room was clean. Air conditioner was noisy. Enjoyed our stay otherwise. Gym and pools were great. The pump for the lazy river and hot tubs were not on, but sgaun still enjoyed our stay."
