They moved us to another of their properties and offered a small refund back but it was very stressful. We had reserved a 2 bedroom and were looking forward to the indoor pool. We ended up in a 1 bedroom and no pool. We looked for other places to stay but for same day checkin during a week when many were on spring break, there weren’t any options. Had to move rooms while there due to noise issue. Complaints to the security office were global from many.
