Beautiful 1 bedroom condo with a view!

Feel spoiled in this 1 bedroom condo, located in a private gated resort community!

Bedroom offers King bed as well as sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. Enjoy dinner in, around the dining table for four. Electric fireplace in living room provides a cozy ambiance.

Enjoy golf course views, located on the 9th hole of the River course. Covered balcony to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee.

**This condo does NOT include the private members only Kingsmill Resort amenities.

This condo is located just a few minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country, Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Campus of William & Mary. Plenty of great restaurants and outlets nearby as well. Our complex has an outdoor pool, which is open Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day weekend.

Wireless high speed internet provided, with two 50 inch smart tv's for you to sign in to your personal streaming services.

Walk to the Mill Cafe just across the street for coffee, breakfast sandwich or lunch. Playground next to the cafe! The Kingsmill Spa is just walking distance from the condo. There are 4 miles of beautiful walking trails around Kingsmill and you can watch the sunset from the Marina beach.

This is a second floor condominium. No elevator, stairs required. Owner available for any questions during your stay!

What a gem!
We had a wonderful time at the condo! The grounds of Kingsmill are beautiful. The condo was spacious and so tastefully decorated. Lots of space to spread out and all the conveniences you could want. We read, relaxed, cooked, watched TV and slept like logs on the comfy bed. We so appreciated having laundry handy too as we did a lot of outdoor activities during our visit. Wonderful restaurants nearby as well as all the historical and art museum exploring you could ever want! We very much appreciated all the Williamsburg books too. Helped us plan our sightseeing days! Thank you again for a wonderful visit!

What a clean, well decorated, well appointed rental! We enjoyed the clean, cozy, well decorated, and comfortable condo for our 3 night stay to visit Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens during spring break. Thank YOU for putting together such a great place for us to relax, and thank YOU for sharing your home! This is a great rental for 2-3 family members! Cutest condo in Kingsmill! Home away from home
I can’t say enough good things about this little gem! It was decorated perfectly and even had just the right amount of holiday decor. We felt so at home. Literally walking distance to the clubhouse. My husband played the golf course on Saturday and was able to walk there with his clubs. Any place that has a fan for white noise deserves a million stars! Kudos to that! A lovely place and we can’t wait to book it again!

Colonial Williamsburg Vacation
This Vacation rental was an excellent place to stay. Location was within close proximity to places we wanted to see. The apartment was immaculately clean, had every amenity we needed and more - and was comfortable and cozy to know we would be coming back to it at the end of the day. It was so enjoyable, I wish we could return soon! If you're looking for a great place to stay while in Williamsburg -- this is it!!

The condo was just as advertised. It was spacious and absolutely beautiful. The new “foodie” kitchen area was very well designed. There is so much room in the family room it would’ve easily been enough room for another couple. Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown were great.
