This was the perfect home for our multigenerational family group. It offers a perfect area for the teens with the finished walkout basement. Great selection of toys for our 2 year grandson. Nicely remodeled ranch home just steps from the water. Easy walk / short drive to some great restaurants / park / beach area. Had everything needed to prepare meals there. She has cancer and struggles with stairs. Although the house was beautiful and immaculately clean, I would mention the stairs in the description for rental as older people and people with issues with stairs should be aware of the climb. We also had a plumbing issue but the owners were very gracious and even refunded a portion back to us for our troubles. Overall the house is beautiful the beds were super comfy too so much so that I ordered a mattress of the same kind.
