"This was a great place for us to enjoy our grandchildren. The pool was definitely a plus to keep them entertained. The golfcart gave us easy access to the beach and downtown. The beach was a very short distance which made it easy for us with the grandchildren. Thank you for the perfect location. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in Ocean Springs! A safe, sweet, southern city. From the second we walked into this property, we felt right at home! The home was so clean (pleasantly surprised as it was more so than our Marriott stay on the way down). We appreciated the hosts, the communication, information shared (left us with zero questions) and all of their attention to detail- you can tell their goal is to ensure you feel at home… From stocked coffee, stocked kitchen utensils and appliances (REAL kitchen essentials, not flimsy cheap ones) bathroom essentials and even little hygiene essentials, just incase you forgot. Board games, kids books, so many extra blankets and pillows… The thoughtful attention to details went on and on. I truly felt comfortable like I was staying with a sweet family member- with the perks of a solo family trip. The golf cart was incredible and a fantastic touch, this truly made us enjoy our stay even more. Something about cruising downtown, around the beach, with the salty breeze, no stress about parking, hauling things and sand in and out of your car. Ugh I could gush, just go on and on. I will 1000000% stay with this host again, everything wasn’t good, or great, it was PERFECT!!!!! "

"Pros: This is the first time we have stayed in Ocean Springs. One of my brothers came home to surprise me. So, we invited him to come as well. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors friendly. Kitchen: The kitchen is wonderful. We LOVE to cook. It is our tradition to make menus and order groceries. After dinner, we normally play games. There was ample cookware to prepare meals, serving bowls. Laundry room big enough to wash, dry, and fold your clothes. Golf cart is a . Cons: The homes or condos my family gravitates towards must have usable outdoor space. Although there was a backyard, we couldn’t enjoy it. After check in, we received several messages about the area, the house. We were told that it was termite swarm season. This is not the owner's fault. However, I wish we had known beforehand. My grandson just started running and screaming. My brother was outside with them. I bolted outside. Those termites were on his arms and legs. We were told after check-in to keep the inside lights off as much as possible. The lighting would attract the termites. That was a bummer. There weren’t any beach towels, beach toys (that we could find). My husband/granddaughter would not sit at the kitchen table. They both didn’t like how the chairs just slid all over the place. My husband underwent two hip replacement surgeries. He was careful. We decided our cons had to be mentioned. "

"The property was well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful with answering questions. Great location close to the beach. "

"This house was perfect for our family. It is very clean, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. All the appliances are new & clean. Walked to the beach one day. It was under a mile & an easy walk. But it was a lot easier to take the golf cart, which is a huge addition to the property. All the amenities were great: lots of clean towels, many varieties of coffee for the coffee maker, detergent & dryer sheets provided for the laundry, etc. We liked the privacy of the backyard with the patio furniture, and though we did not use the grill, it is really nice. We were there at the beginning of the NCAA tournament and were able to watch the games on all the TVs throughout the house. The property is in a very safe & super convenient neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again."
