We had an incredible stay! They staff was so incredible, kind, welcoming, and accommodating! We were able to set up transportation easily to and from the airport and taxis as needed. Each staff member made a point to get to know us, and they made sure we were comfortable. The hotel was clean and extremely well kept. The ONLY downfall was the occasional noise of construction. The restaurants in the area were delicious and there were many options within walking distance. I highly recommend a stay here!

Location was excellent. Penthouse had pool and ocean views. Property was clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Close to beaches and restaurants and other hotel properties. Internet connection in property was spotty and TV reception bad. Electricity usage closely monitored. Practical items were missing like towel racks in 2nd bathroom and trashcans in bedrooms. No elevators, just stairs. All in all, I would return and stay again in this tropical oasis.
