LOVED the Rif! The staff was great…especially Aqil at the front desk area and the pool bartender Leafar (at the Mangrove pool). The housekeepers were also amazing! We really enjoyed having access to both the Rif and the Mangrove due to staying on the Rif side. The food was excellent at the Harbor, the buffet, and at the restaurants which required reservations. We rented a car from Smart Wheels which is conveniently located in the Mangrove lobby; it was a great experience. The location of the Rif is perfect for a stroll into town. This is a beautiful resort with beautiful people working there. Highly recommended the Rif!!! We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at the Rif! Everything was great from start to finish. The property was beautiful, the accommodations were comfortable and overall the experience was excellent. Amazing! I didn’t get to try all the restaurants but I loved the buffet at otrobanda and the harbor restaurant hit everytime. Staff was kind and friendly. Loved my room with the personal swim up pool. Definitely coming back!

I enjoyed my stay here! We stayed 6 days and did not have any issues. The property is well maintained and the staff is always cleaning the pool area. There are no waitresses/waiters at the pool but we didn’t mind getting out to get our drinks. The food was decent. We could always find something in the buffet that was tasty. I would recommend this property to others.
