Casa Jida | New, luxury apartment located in downtown Santa Rosa

Welcome to Casa Jida! A luxurious new-construction apartment with a wonderfully large pool at the upscale “The Bank Resort” in Santa Rosa. This modern and fully furnished apartment is very centrally located and is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. You can be at Mambo Beach or Jan Thiel in just 5–10 minutes! The Pietermaai area—the go-to spot for trendy restaurants—is also nearby. The beaches on the west side of the island are easily accessible! The perfect base!

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ideal for families, couples, or friends travelling together who still want privacy. There’s also a comfortable sleeper sofa, providing extra sleeping space should you need it.

The decor exudes tranquility and warmth, with stylish details and a cosy ambiance that makes you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, air fryer, and blender. There’s a washing machine for doing laundry
The apartment is also very suitable for families, with a travel cot and high chair available. The apartment is equipped with fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

Casa Jida is located in a secure, gated, and well-maintained resort. You can easily park your car behind the locked entrance gate. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Would you like to check out a little later? Please discuss this with the managers; they’ll be happy to see what’s possible for you. Want to be sure of a late check-out? Then book an extra night!

The resort was handed over on April 1 and is now virtually complete. We are currently in the final phase of completion. This means that some minor work may still be taking place, but in practice, it’s very unlikely you’ll notice anything. Of course, we’re doing everything we can to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. Please note that water and electricity are billed based on actual usage. Electricity is charged at 0,55 USD per kWh and water at 9 USD per m³. We take photos of the metre readings at both check-in and check-out.

For stays longer than 10 days, an interim cleaning is required. We will send you a payment request for this.
