Bar & terras around the POOL with a spectacular ocean view, view on the marine and Tafelberg. close to beaches, restaurants, shopping area, supermarket, gym and nightlife ( 6 min driving, 25 min walking).  
  
Extra bed, Crib, BBQ appliances on request, no add charges. Ask for extra discount for one year rental and more. Free parking in garage, private entrance.  
  
Guests can use the whole apartment, the pool and pool area with a bar and a garage. The apartment has a fenced yard. The guests can also sit outside during the day and night for breakfast or dining or just for drinking a cup off coffee.
