This recently refurbished apartment has a very refreshing breeze and is your perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the island. Since it's in town it's on walking distance to many places. For this price you are getting a nice modern apartment with 1 bedroom with air conditioning with a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom is actually an attic and is openly connected to the rest of the apartment. This attic has a full size bed. Take note, that the ceiling in the attic isn't very high (just 140 cm), so people won't be able to stand up straight in this attic / bedroom. There is a second air conditioning that cools the whole apartment and the attic. Because of the location and since the apartment is on the second floor it has a very refreshing breeze all day, which is very welcome on a tropical island like Curacao. There is also a comfortable sofa, a 4 seat dining set and a 32 inch TV in the apartment. Some of the other things that come with the apartment: kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, iron with ironing board. There is also a folding table available which together with the available chair can be set up as a make shift desk. The apartment building is in Otrabanda, which is a part of our Capital Willemstad which is on the Unesco World Heritige list. It's just of the main street in an area where there are many middle class family homes. The apartment complex is very close to the newly build Corendon Hotel and the Hospital. Everything around is within walking distance.. Walking distances in minutes: A mini market - 3 A laundry service - 7 Busstop - 2 KFC - 5 ATM - 6 Rif Fort village - 15 Subway - 15 Star Bucks - 14 Gym - 5 Mambo Beach is an 11 min. drive away Easy excess to public transportation.
