"Very clean cabin, with comfortable living room and beds, and everything working perfectly (quite new). The location is best - near 2 other cabins, a half mile from Lake Arbutus, but feels like the middle of the woods (including the deer in the yard)... would definitely book again!"

"We had high expectations, and this home exceeded those! We had 6 adults and 10 kids, aged 2-12 and they were constantly busy and having a great time- skating, playing arcade games, fishing nearby, basketball and putting tee right outside. Jeff and Bunny were amazing hosts, and responded promptly with any of our questions. Everything was very clean. Our two- year old could run around, and being such a nice open space, we never had to worry where he was. We already booked for next year:)"

"It was what we expected, a fun little cabin, cute but not fancy, to stay in with our family of 4 for a couple of days. We enjoyed the lake for boating (used the canoe and brought 2 kayaks). We considered renting the pontoon but the weather was not cooperative for a day outing. There is a lot of algae in the lake so we did not swim at all. The arrangement of the cabin is efficient and has two sitting areas with views toward the lake through the woods."

"The only reason I gave it a 4 star on accuracy of listing is because, yes it could sleep 10 but the beds are tiny and to be honest not the most comfortable. We had six in the family and two dogs. I found it odd there was not extra toilet paper. It was awesome there was fire wood on site for the fire pit but it rained the majority of the time we were at the cabin. "Perfect!! House is super clean with lots of room for everyone to spread out. Very well stocked kitchen making it super easy to make a full meal. TONS of outdoor seating with a large fire pit. Will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here with our friends on an ATV trip. We had booked all 3 cabins here which worked great. Although the ATV trails were closed for the season due to rain and the time of year, but we still had a great time bar hopping in the area. Will definitely look to book again!"

"The cabin was a beautiful house set in the woods. We had plenty of comfortable space for the entire family of 12, which included children from 1 to 7. The beautiful wood plank stairway was a safety concern for the young children and the stairs high sheen was a bit slippery. This home is perfect for an adult get together and is a peaceful get away."

"The cabin was beautiful as well as the grounds. I wish we would have gotten to enjoy it more. We had a hard time finding it as we didn’t get there until we’ll after dark. GPS did not work out there. We will be staying again."

"My husband and I booked this cabin because it was close to my family’s land and we wanted a cozy winter getaway, and we got just that! It was the perfect little place to sit back, relax, enjoy some Christmas movies on Netflix and catch up on some reading we were wanting to do! It snowed while we were there and it was truly magical! Our dogs came along with us and they loved it too! The property is tucked away on a private road making it feel secluded. We couldn’t have asked for a better place :)"
