"The room was nice but the hotel seemed to be located in a shady spot of town which caused us some concern. The parking garage was nice to have under lock and key, but the garage door was too low for a pick-up to pass under without scratching the roof of the truck. They were having elevator issues and some customers had to use the stairs. This is difficult with luagage to be toted up several flights of stairs."

"Staff was very accommodating and polite. Spacious rooms. Bathrooms have a sliding door that doesn’t seal, so everything happening in the bathroom can be heard by anyone in the room. Could be awkward. Outdoor pool area doesn't open until 10am, so not easy to use prior to checking out. There are many restaurants nearby."

"The staff were great, the hotel is really clean, the room we we're in was awesome. Breakfast was really good. The pool was a little cold for my own liking but the hot tub was amazing. I would definitely stay here again."

"This Best Western Plus hotel was in an excellent location. The lobby area was super clean and welcoming. The room we got was very spacious as well. I just wished the sink weren't outside and the bathroom/shower room was brighter. The biggest issue we had were the sink/shower/toilet drains were slow. Also, we went up during a holiday weekend and room service was lacking. If we didn't go on a busy weekend, it might be better. Breakfast gets really crowded and some things are out of stock like the waffle station. Overall, this is a decent stay for a decent price."
