The hotel takes decorations very seriously :) It was Valentine's Day themed when we arrived, and by the time we left, St. Patrick's Day decorations were up. The staff is super friendly. We had an enjoyable stay!

The front desk was lovely and our room was clean although it could use an update. It was the most convenient stay off 77 south. We could hear water running near the elevators and were happy to see the floor was dry when we got off. Definitely plumbing issues, our sink would not drain. More updates. The fire alarm went off at 6:15am but it was a false alarm

The heater was very loud and annoying while trying to relax. There was no conditioner in the bathroom, only shampoo and body wash.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Breakfast Buffet was stocked & Tended to during our stay. Will stay here again .

Stayed Twice and strongly recommend
This was our second stay at the facility because we liked it last year when we stayed there. The holiday decor is over the top. The breakfast offerings are the best we’ve ever had. Only one downside—apparently the Fairfield corporate office had not renewed a contract with CBS broadcasting so we were unable to view the Monday Night Football game.

Nicely decorated for Christmas and good breakfast; but sink leaked, toiletries empty, 8 hangers (1 broken), room safe locked shut(unusable), room key stopped working, plus charged $30 at checkin for no reason. This “fee” was supposed to be refunddd, but has not been.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Favorite part was all the Christmas decorations, our kids loved looking at all of them and it really made the hotel seem cozier. Outdoor patio has a beautiful setup with a gorgeous fireplace also!

This property, while alongside the interstate, was very quiet and clean. Extremely easy to locate! Fantastic lobby, great breakfast and a wonderful staff. Marvelous experience!

Perfect place for Christmas with kids
The Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations were beautiful!! The free breakfast was the best we ever had, really plates not paper:) The room was nice as well, TV was wonderful. The only issues were small mold around the tub edge. The shower water was not that hot!! Otherwise would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel was wonderful, beautiful lobby, and the room was large and the beds were firm and very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice, their were a lot of choices and the sausage gravy was really good

Check in was pleasant. Staff was great. Upon check in we found that the pool had been closed for weeks and was not expected to reopen until some time in may. No notice was given and the web site continues to show availabilty of indoor pool. Rooms and facilities are not being properly maintained.

Easy check in. Very professional and friendly staff. Hotel was very clean both inside and outside the hotel grounds. The bed was too soft for someone who has a back problem and needs a firm mattress. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and served by the sweetest people.

When the holidays roll around this place goes crazy with the decorations -main lobby and on every floor -absolutely beautiful at Christmas -staff extremely nice and helpful - great tv options and channels -I made this a regular stop for my regular trips

There was a lot of hair in the sink drain and shower drain. I can see how these items can be over looked sometimes but I’m not exaggerating when I say there was a lot of hair in the drains. The person who did this “hair trimming” should of put a towel down.

The staff was very accommodating!! We highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff also did a great job decorating for the holiday. The breakfast staff was also great and did an awesome job feeding a dining room full of guests.

Great location in carolina.
This hotel was fantastic, close to a mall and eateries if needed. Filling the gas tank next door, so very easy to top my tank before traveling. I will come here again, a hidden jewel.
