"This is definitely an older property but for the most part well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was fun to take the kayaks out. The only negative was that fishing off the docks was discouraged even though the actual fishing dock was underwater due to the river being too high due to earlier rains. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here. It was easy to get from here to everywhere we wanted to go."

"We stayed in the Chalet Edelweiss and were very pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and the ammenities offered. Upon checkin we received our unlimited passes for the Ski-lift and Skybridge, along with free bike rentals, yoga classes and fun Chalet activities. When we came back to our room after dinner we found smore's kits for each of us along with our own sticks to toast them at the fire right outside our door. We had a great weekend enjoying the area and staying on Boyne property."

"I am not a rustic cabin kind of gal. This cabin was rustic, yet it had nice bedding and linens. the beds were comfortable. It had a Cuisinart coffee maker! Everything seemed new quite honestly. We may be back, and this time bring our dogs!"

"Was there for a business trip. 2 nights, 3 rooms. Check in was easy, breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean. Hot tub and pool were good. The hot tub was hot, the jets were strong, and it was clean. The 2nd night, the hot tub was tepid, so we alerted the staff. Evidently, a breaker had flipped, but they fixed it and the issue was fixed within the hour."

"This hotel is right downtown. There is even a restaurant right next door that you can walk to. We stay here a lot when we come to Gaylord. It is inexpensive and the bed is comfortable. The staff are very nice too."

"The facility is a little rundown. Some efforts of repair were underway. But if you don't mind that, it is perfectly reasonable. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. TV and channels or better than I expected, bathroom was clean. There was coffee but no coffee maker. There was an ironing board but no iron. But if you can overlook some of these items, the price was very reasonable for the area."
