Perfect place for us
This house met all of our needs during our stay for a celebration of life. It had all the amenities that we needed, and if we were going to be there for a fun vacation it had those as well. If we ever need a house to stay in The Villages again, this will be our place. Check-in was easy and the property manager is very helpful.

Villages Experience
We enjoyed out time at the property and having the convenience of a golf cart to enjoy all that the villages has to offer. The property is clean, comfortable with all amenities and within very close proximity to the Paddock. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was clean, warmly decorated and fully stocked for our two week stay. It’s a quick golf cart ride to Brownwood. We had a very enjoyable time at this lovely home.

Villages Visit
We went to the villages to visit with family members who live there. They showed all the amenities and activities. We were very busy everyday with all the fun outdoor activities and events. The Villages is definitely a place where everyone can find something fun daily that suits the individual.

Incredible property minutes from brownwood paddock!
This was hands down the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Absolutely incredible location, very clean, well stocked. Minutes from brownwood paddock and from multiple pools in the area/ shopping nearby. Super convenient. Also fully equipped with a golf cart and bikes which made it very fun to get around! The screened in lanai was one of the best parts of the house, we enjoyed meals and coffee daily! Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond as well. Would definitely return!

Birthday Girls Trip
This property is outstanding, we arrived late at night and was able to enter the property with no problem. Very clean and the location is prime, close to everything we wanted to do. Neighbors were friendly. We felt safe. I definitely plan to use this property again for future trips to The Villages. The owners and property management company were very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Abode full of Sunshine in the Village of Collier
Property was very clean, comfortable and full of sunshine. Check in was easy. Loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening adult beverages. The kitchen was full of starter items for your convivence. The only updates we would love to see for our next visit: new Teflon skillets and sauce pan, extra plugins by bedside for all electronic devices including usb, and new listing title to remind renters of available Golf Cart for additional fee (which I missed in the details but assumed by 1st pictures) This beautiful house is in a great central location and is on a quiet street of the neighborhood. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Fantastic house, great southern villages location
Worked with BK to rent the Johnson’s very nice house. BK was great to work with and was always available. Golf cart and bikes were included as was every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. Located 5 minute cart drive from Brownwood village and 20 minutes from several golf courses, it is a great location. We will definitely stay here again during our yearly golf outing.

My wife and I stayed a week and had my sister in law and her husband for the weekend. Upon arriving we were amazed of the preparation the management team had done. The home was immaculately clean, any questions about the area were already in a pamphlet by the front door. If you read the pamphlet you will be able to navigate the home options and general area like you have been living there for years.

The house exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with anything you might need. Although we did not have a chance to use the 4 seater gas golf carts or 2 bikes, it was nice to have that option. It was an easy walk to Eisenhower Regional Rec Center, a short ride by cart to Brownwood & centrally located to all activities in the Villages. It is obvious that the owners, Nanci & Randy, put a lot of care & thought in making their guests feel welcome. Also, thank you B.K. & Don for a spotless house!! We would definitely stay again!!

Excellent location !
My wife and I spent a long weekend with two of our friends at 2442 Mclin Lane. You cannot beat the location. You are able to walk to Eisenhower recreation center and also into Brownwood. The house is clean and set up with every thing you could possibly need. Had a great time! We would definitely recommend it and will look for the listing for our next visit .

What a great place to stay. Beautiful home with all furnishings you could ask for. Home was clean, well cared for, and came equipped with everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. Bedrooms were large and all the beds were very comfortable. Home is close to all amenities. Pools and Eisenhower Rec center within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, movies, golf, bocce ball, tennis, etc, etc, all a short golf cart ride. Owner's local representative resides in the Villages and were easily accessible if needed. Overall a very positive experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants to "check out" The Villages.

Absolutely Beautiful Home in a Great Location!
We rented this beautiful home Aug/Sep 2017 & we can’t say enough about it. The house is clean & equipped with everything you need. The location is convenient to everything by golf cart. Recreation center was close which made easy to get there quick. Met several of the neighbors & everyone is so friendly. We stayed there through hurricane Irma with no issues. Any questions were quickly responded from Nanci, BK or Don. Highly recommend this home & will rent again when we visit the Villages. Thank you so much Nanci & Randy!

Fall in The Villages
My husband and I stayed at this property in the Village of Collier for the month of October. It is a very clean and lovely home !! We especially liked all of the amenities that added a very nice touch. We didn't have to rush out to buy soap, shampoo and conditioner, kleenex, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc., as it was provided. We also liked the solar lighting in the living room and coffee every morning on the lanai was a real treat for us !! This home is extremely convenient for grocery shopping and for stepping out in the evening at Paddock Square. The nachos at City Fire are to die for !!!!!!!! We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family !

We loved this property!!
When we arrived at this property. Don and BK (the property managers) came and welcomed us. They went over everything with us which was very helpful. If we needed anything, all we had to do was call them. We were so impressed with this house. It is very clean and well kept. It made staying there so comfortable and enjoyable. We felt so at home. it is only a five minute drive to Brownwood by golf cart. It is within walking distance to The Eisenhower Center. There is also a nice walking path there too. We loved the Collier pool which is nearby. We met a lot of friendly and nice people at the pool. Lots of shopping and nice restaurants also. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who likes staying in The Villages. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you Randy and Nanci for renting your beautiful home to us.

This property is a great place to stay. It is close to Brownwood Paddock Square (20 minutes walking distance) and so easy to get to. Very spacious and beautifully kept. I highly recommend renting this property and would do so again if back in the area.

This was a terrific home in a great location and would highly recommend.
The property was everything as advertised. I could have lived their full time and been happy. The location of the home is within walking distance to the Eisenhower regional recreation center, the Collier neighborhood pool and 3 of the Executive courses. The home provided a very clean place to live, great sized bedrooms, lots of dishes and linens, large color flat screen TV and best of all a very nice lanai to sit in in the evenings or mornings. The homeowners were extremely nice and helpful and the check in process was very easy as was the departure. Excellent gas golf cart available for rental and use. Although we did not use them, there were 2 bikes in the garage for use. Neighbors were nice and friendly. All kinds of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was very hard to leave. I would highly recommend The Villages and this house was super.
