And for those seeking solitude, the patio offers privacy, courtesy of the adjacent wall. Add the optional Golf Cart for $25 a day, $150 a week, or $500 monthly. We enjoyed our stay in your home at The Villages. The bed was comfortable, plenty of linens, comfortable living room furniture, and it was wonderful having a golf cart on the premises when we arrived. Owners were prompt in replying to any questions I had. A great place to stay!

Comfortable stay

It was everything and more than we thought. Our first time staying in the Villages and we enjoyed riding bikes and shopping everyday. The home was spacious, felt very safe and communicating with the owners was great. We hope to visit sometime soon.

We enjoyed our stay. This is in a nice neighborhood, close to turnpike for exploring the area. The golf cart was very helpful for exploring The Villages. It was also easy access to Sawgrass and Brownwood.

Very nice house and very clean. A few suggestions of the owner would be (i) you need a TV in master bedroom and (ii) upgrade the towels.

Dave and Sharon went above and beyond for our 4 night stay. Their place is well stocked with every household essential and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 person golf cart was fun and nice! Great experience and they deserve 5 stars all the way!

Comfortable getaway

This Villa is almost brand new. It’s very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a 4-day getaway trip. It is nicely decorated and easy to get to. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely would stay here again.

Very clean home, lots of closet space and they had a cute snack basket for guests which was a great touch. great communication with the host for questions etc. the house is close to squares, the pool areas, golfing and more. I would definitely stay at this home again.

The home was a new built home that was well furnished and decorated. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals at the house. Great location to lots of great restaurants and things to do. My son loved the pool! Our grandparents live 5 minutes down the road so we will definitely be looking to rebook next year. This is a lovely villa. Everything was clean, modern, well-maintained, and well-furnished. Check-in was simple. Instructions for using the wi-fi, gate passes, etc. were easy to follow. No problems at all.

The house was brand new, extremely clean and comfortable. The host responded within seconds to all of the 3 or 4 questions that I had. What else could you want? Highly recommended!
