The facility is easy walking distance to beach and restaurants - has parking for 2 cars and is clean and well outfitted. The unit does have steep stairs to contend with but this might not be so unusual. Our only issue was with checking in. We did not receive our lock box code during our email updates and it took several calls, texts and emails to finally reach some one. We were a little frantic keeping our 3 toddlers, who were tired from a day at the beach, content. ##### Kris S. Everything you need and then some. The owners were gracious, easy to communicate with, the check in process was seamless.
