Welcome to Kay's Oasis! This brand new construction 3 bed, 2.5 bath condo offers every amenity you could imagine to make your beach vacation perfect.
The Space:
The first floor consists of a garage and driveway to accommodate a total of 2 vehicles. Enter this 2nd floor unit into a beautiful, spacious living room and kitchen area. There is a large island with 7 stools, fully stocked kitchen and a half bath. Down the hallway are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and a full bath. The 1st bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full and an additional twin trundle bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the primary bedroom contains a King bed and luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower. Two balconies let you admire the views from all angles.
This 8 unit complex has a private, gated pool area with a kiddie pool, main pool, large hot tub, outdoor seating and kitchen area.
6 beach chairs and and an umbrella are located in the garage for your use. There is a private outdoor shower for located in the rear of the unit, and board games located in the unit.
Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, a bunk bed with a full and 2 Twins, and a sofa bed
No Senior/Prom groups. No Pets. No Smoking
Linens and towels not included.

Majorly overpriced, awful service
2nd floor walk up near the north boardwalk with a balcony across from a busy parking lot and bike rental place that has activity until very late. Extremely disappointing amenities inconsistent with the cost of the property: 3 half used rolls of sandpaper toilet paper provided for the entire week, no cleaning supplies, except for a few walmart "great value" diswasher pods. No paper towels, no wipes or anything to clean surfaces. No plunger or toilet cleaner provided in any of the bathrooms. A first for me in many years of traveling, like a motel 6.Sliding doors to the washing room don't slide and you will require a degree in carpentry to access the machines. No cleaning or detergents provided at all for laundry.The refrigerator ice machine and water fountain were broken and putting out chunks of cloudy ice and little drips of nasty water. Builders grade appliances and toilets throughout the unit.One toilets clogged on 4th of july w check out the next morning at 10am, I immediately messaged the property manager asking where's the plunger. Kristen asked why I didn't go buy a plunger and fix it myself. She then follows with disrespectful messages about how the toilet was left and despite her leaving the plunger in another unit (see texts below).BlueVacations.co (ie Kristen and Bill) strongly encourages direct booking so they can provide horrible service with impunity. There are so many better places to stay in Wildwood.
