I’m in love with the house … the owner was always on the text to help me family.. the pool was the fun my granddaughters , daughters, parents, husband and aunt had a lot of fun the im the pool.. thank you for all the help !!

Ants everywhere in kitchen, pool looked clear but was slimey on the bottom,.
The house definitely could use a deep clean! Ants everywhere in kitchen. The dryer had someone elses clothes in it. The washer had wet towels in it. Pool was clear but slimey on the bottom. Small bedrooms, and back deck furniture sll over the place.

Lovely outside deck with pool
Clean, practically laid out house with lovely outside space. Large deck with pool, lounge chairs, large square table with parasol that seats eight quite comfortably. We spent most of our time outside it was so nice. (All sun in the morning except for under parasol, but one side shaded in afternoon.) A bit of a walk to the beach, especially when it's hot. Lots of restaurants and stores in quick driving distance (5 - 10 minutes), not much close for walking. Property manager was great, very responsive.

Perfect
You know it's a good stay when it's impossible to leave the residence. Managed to get a few nights out and a few boardwalk trips, but the pool here just sucks you in and keeps you there! Too nice. Too cool. Too perfect! Loved every bit of the stay and hopeful to come back :)

Great Place to Stay
We had a relaxing and enjoyable week while staying at this very nice beach house. The owner was responsive to our communications before and during our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable and the pool was great. We are already making plans for next year.

My weekend
I booked A 3 day weekend when I got there pool was already closed so I had 5 kids 1 tv in the house. Contacted Vrbo they refunded my full amount and accommodated my stay for me and my family for the weekend at a 4 star hotel with pool free of charge. Overall the house was beautiful gorgeous and what we where looking for except we needed the pool open. Vrbo definitely took care of us

Weekend with friends
We have been coming to the fall car show as a group for the last 6 years and this was our first time not staying in a hotel. The house was exactly as advertised and although the location is not beachfront it was still close enough to everything that we could walk almost everywhere. The deck was great for hanging out and eating and although it was a little too cold to swim in the pool it was a great addition to have. Communication with the owner was easy and they were quick to respond when we did reach out to them. We had such a great time that we are hoping to rent again next year but for a longer stay.

Perfect for the family!
We did a week stay at this property in early September and it was a really great choice. We were far enough away from the boardwalk that it was quiet, but close enough to walk to the beach if you desired. The photos look just like the property with perhaps a few new pieces of furniture that were not featured. The pool was a great feature especially for the kids (and kids at heart). The property manager was fantastic. We had an issue with a key and as soon as I sent the text it seemed there was a knock on the door- the neighbor ran over with a spare. We truly had a lovely time!

Cute house, great pool, OK neighborhood
Rental was easy, great communication, accurate listing. Back yard deck and pool are the highlight of the house, hands down! My wife and I took our children 11 & 15 down for the week and each brought friends. We had a great time. Location was just OK. Yes, you can walk to beach and it’s a direct line right to middle of board walk and all the action but the neighborhood itself is a bit in need of a renovation. Some cute homes but most were run down and needing some up keep. It was definitely quiet and we felt safe but there were some shady characters around. My son and friends were walking home one night from the boards and they felt uncomfortable as they were approached by some of those shady looking characters. So beach and boardwalk are definitely walkable but it is a bit of a hike if you are lugging more than a chair and towel or have smaller children. We drove up to beach and boardwalk. You can find free parking or pay for a lot. House itself was cute, backyard/pool are nice and large. Kitchen was very nice and clean with updated appliances. Downstairs area was nice, updated floors, big table for eating meals, nice big TV with WiFi. Reviews about needing updates refer to the rest of the house. No bedroom furniture (dressers,etc) just beds, which I thought was odd. Could use a coat of paint. All in all, good house if your looking for a pool. If location is your thing, close to beach or in a really nice neighborhood, I would find something different. We wanted a place with a pool so we could have the option of going to the beach or hanging by the pool and we were very happy with the house.

Vacation home that needs work
The pool was not working, had to call twice to find out pump was broken. Washing machine leaks water and was told repair the next day, never came. Found pieces of small shells in the couch which cut my 2 year old granddaughter's forehead and found a man's tee shirt from previous occupants behind pillow on couch. With the pandemic going on, house should have been cleanier. Contact person was notified, answered but never came to see the problems of the house. Just tried to justify why!!!!!

We thought the neighborhood was really quiet. Walking distance to a lot of stuff. House is nice pool is nice. Pool filter was broke but all in all a nice place to stay. We would rent here again

Overall, this is a nice place to stay. Have stayed in many condo's in WW, but never a house.
Very nice coming off the hot beach to a relaxing pool. Definitely could update. In need of large bowls for veggies and/or other edibles. It took a while for the central air to kick in, but we had a nice breeze on the back deck.

Beautiful rental! Updated kitchen, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, a pool with a large deck. Half way point to cape may and north wildwood. Boardwalk and beach is a 15 minutes walk away.

Great but, not perfect!
Renting the property was seamless and easy. The house itself isn’t as perfect as the pictures but it’s very nice never the less. The neighborhood seemed a little dated and run down but quiet. The one thing we had a problem with was the ants. Unfortunately the kitchen had a slight ant infestation. It seemed as if it had been an existing problem because there were ant traps on the counters when we arrived. It wasn’t extreme but it didn’t feel very clean as you could imagine. Aside from that, the house could use a little painting and upkeep for the price. On the positive side, it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk and the pool was great!

The kids and I had a blast enjoying the pool on the hot summer days. Beds were comfy and the house was nice and cool with the AC. With just a 3/4 quarter of a mile away walk from the boardwalk wasn't too bad, bring quarters for parking if you chose to drive instead. Would go back!

Beautiful home! Great for families or friends.
The house was beautiful and well kept. Some small issues (one of the beds had stained sheets and some basic kitchen supplies missing like oven mitts). Overall, a home I would highly recommend and would love to return to.

The house itself is very nice. Updated, good potential. Only 2 coffee mugs in the kitchen, and there were 6 adults here. Linens provided and were very clean but no pillow cases and the pillows were in the shams. Absolutely no towels were provided and we had to go to the store to buy some. Beach was not as close that we would have liked, about 1/2 mile. Owner responds quickly and is helpful.

Nice house n pool was awesome
We got there at 2:45pm n as we are walking up to the door the cleaning crew shows up and says they will be done cleaning by 315 mind you check in is at 3pm they didn’t leave till 345 there were no top sheets on any of the beds one of the bedcovers had stains on it like it wasn’t washed there were no secondary pillows except for throw pillows on the bed they did not sweep the floor they swiffer them leaving them soaked for us to walk into n so all the dirt is still there I text the homeowner and all she could say is enjoy your week. We finally get into the house and get settled to find there’s no dressers or anywhere to put your luggage I tell the kids they can get in the pool n 5 min later the pool man show up to clean the pool so that’s was another inconvenience would’ve been nice to know he was coming. And there’s a little lift on the floor into the kitchen that every single person hit their toe on because the people that put floor in didn’t do it right. So for The high price. I would have Expected nicer it said it came with bedding n it didn’t have sheets and pillows n it had dirty stand bed covers there’s no way they cleaned everything in 60 minutes. But the pool was awesome could use some shade on the deck by the pool.

this house was gorgeous and even nicer than it looked online. The house were very clean, and perfect for my group of friends. We came in March , and were little nervous if the house s gonna be warm enough, every thing s perfect. The house warm and cozy, the owner turned the on before we came in. Love this place and would go back in a heartbeat
Stay here with 3 adults and 4 children over a weekend in March. The house was spacious, beautiful coastal decorated and incredibly clean! They have everything you would ever need. We literally only needed to buy paper plates and everything else was available. It made our trip so easy. It’s winter so the pool was closed, it looks gorgeous with a huge deck wrapped around. Love the location, walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Have to say this is one of best houses I have ever rented. I highly recommend this home to everyone for the location, convenience , layout and beauty. .. Definitely coming back in the summer.

Clean. But issues.
If staying in winter for a local event... the first floor does not get warm. All the heat goes to the second floor. So people sleeping upstairs can’t sleep bc of the heat and people sleeping downstairs freeze and shiver all night. It was a real issue. This may not matter for most of the year bc this is a “summer destination” but it mattered to us. Also, there was no hot water to the kitchen sink. Hot water was available in the rest of the faucets except the kitchen sink. You can imagine how fun washing dishes was with this issue. This is a small thing that I’m sure can be remedied with a new faucet (we checked all the connections and they were good) but it’s pretty annoying when on a trip. Also, when we arrived there was no WiFi. So now I’m speaking to the owner, then to the cable company. Is this my job? No. We did eventually get WiFi for our time in the house but why am I responsible for solving the problem... I’m on vacation. The owner is nice but little things need to be done before a guests arrival. For example, we arrived, it’s 33 degrees outside, inside the heat is set for like 60 degrees. So upstairs it’s 60 degrees, but downstairs it’s literally around 45-50 degrees. It’s freezing. I had 5 kids with me. Cmon. Then the WiFi doesn’t work, I deal with that issue. Then, I go to the kitchen sink and the only water that will come out is freezing. Very poor. I advise the owner to get all the little things taken care of before a guest arrives. I was hesitant on giving this review but VRBO kept sending me reminders, so here it is. I hope it helps someone out there.
