Hawkins is close to the Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Aviary Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, billiards tables, table shuffleboard, and much more. You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends including a large pantry. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, his & her walk-in closets, and a private master bath with a large vanity with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a king size bed & TV for your guests to relax & enjoy. The 2nd guest room is set up as a den/office complete with a great desk space for the worker in the house and a queen-sized pull-out sofa for the last minute visits from the grandkids or friends. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
