Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we were met with five burned out light bulbs, including one in the refrigerator that was never fixed, a leaking kitchen faucet, a toilet that kept running and a handle on the entrance door that kept falling out and couldn’t be locked. To their credit, when made aware of these problems they were fixed fairly rapidly. But it does make one wonder how often the houses are actually checked. We had to exit t the house on the second to the last day of the month which seemed odd as we rented it for two full months. The property is in a great location, convenient to everything, especially near Brownwood. For the negative... Upon arrival, there were things the cleaning service totally missed... food on the pantry floor, prior renter’s hygiene items in bathroom drawer, hair on the stove, etc. The master bath toilet was loose on the floor.
