Near many pools and golf courses. Available short term! Located between Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddocks squares where there is a lot of shopping, dining and nightly entertainment. Home can be pet friendly with a small dog allowed.

A couple of challenges!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. However, for the first couple of days, our WiFi may as well have been non-existent. It was very slow. We finally got that fixed and it worked well. The only tv that we could get to give us a program was the one in the bedroom. The living room one would not keep a program on. Kept saying we needed to ‘sign up’. Finally, our garage door started to only go up part way and we had to physically push it. We called. They got a man out there right away. Fixed temporarily. He said that the whole garage system had to be realigned. Worked for about a day. House was clean and neat. No complaints there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
